Prison Healthcare can and will be Improved!

Throughout my research of telemedicine, I found many articles incorporating telemedicine care with prison healthcare. This article really coves the broad scheme of the topic and provides a lot of interesting things.

Katherine Mangan, author of the article, expands the topic of accessibility by incorporating prison healthcare rather than just public and private healthcare. She expands on how the new type of video conferencing equipment allows physicians to provide certain medical treatment to inmates in three state prisons in thirty-two specialties, including dermatology and psychiatry.

Telemedicine.....Medicare.....Yeah Right!

Telemedicine actually is very afforadable and cost efficient. While searching for some information on my topic I found a great article.

This article is unique because it gives two different viewpoints revolving around the matter of the cost of telemedicine. However, after reviewing the article more deeply, I will use the article’s negative view on the prices of telemedicine.

The negative side presents that many insures, including Medicare, only reimburses physicians for health care that is delivered face-to-face with the exception of two services. I will then expand on those two services throughout my paper. But for now Check out the article for more information on telemedicine and its equipment involved!

Deer hunting History in North America

Deer hunting history in North America dates back to when man first had and made weapons to hunt them.

Deer Hunting - A Necessity For Survival
Besides the food value whitetail deer offered early hunters many items were needed for survival. Early deer hunters used deer hides for many different things including moccasins, skirts, dresses, leggings, robes, mittens, headwear, blankets, pouches, storage bags, shield covers, arm guards, archery quivers, straps, harnesses, and many other important objects came from deer hunting. “We also know that early deer hunters were trophy deer hunters. Paintings of Indians archery hunting show them shooting arrows at deer with antlers.” Pride was very much of deer hunting back then just as it is now. Early deer hunters hunting land was vast and immense. The hunting equipment they used back in the day differs vastly from the high tech archery equipment available now. It took much more effort to harvest a deer back than in today’s world. They had to be very smart in their attempts. From making their own ground blinds, to using methods like stalking them on horseback, early deer hunters had a totally different hunting perspective then hunters today. They also used the unpopular method of baiting very much.
Last Few Hundred Years
“Some history experts believe that the whitetail deer went through several population stages in the past 500 years due to the hunting of them.

First Deer Hunting Period
The first historical period went up to about 1800. Massive deer hunting harvest occurred primarily at the hands of Indians during their trading with European settlers. They traded deer for things like metal wares, alcohol, textiles, guns, and promises.”
